About Me
At 55, I’m navigating a full and vibrant life — balancing work, family, stepchildren, and the joy of grandchildren. My mindfulness journey began when I realised I needed a gentler way to move through the overwhelm, to reconnect with myself beneath the noise, routines and responsibilities that come with midlife.
Mindfulness changed everything for me. It helped me become a more patient parent, a more loving partner, a more compassionate friend — and, most importantly, a calmer, more grounded version of myself.
Now, I’m committed to supporting other women as they find their own sense of clarity and calm. Whether you’re navigating the shifts of midlife, moving through menopause, or simply craving space to feel more like yourself again, you’re so welcome here.
