Books have always held a special place in my heart. I love the way they can comfort, inspire, challenge, and transport us — sometimes all at once. Whether I’m reading or writing, books have always been a huge part of my own wellbeing journey and a place I return to time and time again.
I’m especially passionate about discovering debut authors and celebrating books that bring warmth, honesty, inspiration, or simply a moment of escape from the noise of everyday life.
During the launch of Tenacious, I was incredibly lucky to attend the launch of Family by the wonderfully talented chef and author Claudine Boulanger. I’ve known Claudine for many years, and I have always been inspired by her beautiful approach to food, her infectious energy, and her genuine love for life — all of which shine through in her work.
Over the coming months, I hope to continue expanding the Tenacious book collection with carefully chosen titles that align with the values of mindfulness, wellbeing, growth, and joy. And of course, I’ll also be keeping a very close eye on what Claudine’s next publication might be.
Because sometimes the right book arrives at exactly the right moment — and has the power to change far more than just a single chapter.
