At Tenacious, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Because of this:

    • Damaged
    • Incorrect

4. Dropshipping Products

Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

For these items:

  • You may return products within 14 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated)
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returns may need to be sent to the supplier directly (we will provide instructions)

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

For booked services:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduled
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refundable

Tenacious may recommend products via affiliate links.

If you purchase through an affiliate link:

  • Your purchase is made with a third-party company
  • Returns, refunds, and complaints must be handled directly with that provider

We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Delivery
  • Refund processing
